The Clerks should be publishing the ballots left to be counted in a portal close to the election results. Any still in transit though will be difficult to count b/c that's a black box

Interestingly, Mejía’s best voters were all the ones who voted for Venezia, and worst (per other precincts in the district, which voted for Way) were the Black precincts that voted for Baraka/the DFC slate.

Not to be pedantic, but they’re just traditional 1700s colonies. No neo. Neocolonies are independent countries that are heavily coerced by the imperial powers. Like Jamaica, the DR & (before Evo Morales) Bolivia.

Also, the person who lied through his teeth on ELA being not Colonial is Muñoz-Marín himself. There was a debate in Congress to pass law 600 to add a clause to clarify that this was JUST to allow PR to draft its own constitution (not even approve it)with Congress retaining plenary power.

This is true (& more, they like to rhetorically confuse the 2012 question 2 & 2017 boycott with all votes), I will note some correlative analyses point to the lions share of people who left their ballot blank being Status Quo supporters, not independentistas/Estadolibristas bsky.app/profile/henr...
The goal here presumably is to ascertain and effect the will of the Puerto Rican people. Muddying the waters by boycotting and then pointing to low turnout, which is due to status quoists, independentists, and apathetic people in unknowable proportions does not serve that goal.
