This is so incredibly wrong. We are poised to see a massive expansion of our poverty rate across the US as the rich take more and more from the poor.
Under the House GOP’s budget plan, the lowest-income taxpayers would see a LOSS of $1,125.
The richest 0.1 percent of taxpayers, on the other hand, would see a more than $180,000 GAIN.
This is trickle down economics on steroids.

This is so illegal! DOGE broke into a non profit organization and "fired" staff and board. How can this be happening? Where does it stop, if at all? We are relying on the courts to stop the madness, but if rule of law crumbles?

What offers me hope? A former Republican who daily is one of the best voices advocating for democratic principles and the resistance.
