I support the United States Congress. We simply need to ensure they have access to training adequate to allow them to perform their difficult, critical function.

🧵Any Member of Congress can introduce the case that Donald Trump is levying war on the US in violation of the Treason Clause, and that treason is self-impeaching conduct. Every member should. The critical audience for this argument, now, is not their GOP colleagues but the public and the military 1/

Trump is levying war on the United States. He’s intimidated to the military that he hopes they will become involved. Drawing their attention to the implications of this idea is existentially needed.

Moreover, they could warn that any orders to draw U.S. military into his domestic political conflict (his “war” in his own words) with Dem-led US cities would be profoundly bad and highly likely to be treason. www.huffpost.com/entry/trump-...
Trump Makes Alarming Threat While Speaking To Troops In Japan
In an ominous address, the president told American troops in Japan that “we can do as we want to do.”

Scholars including former military and state dept lawyers have unequivocally condemned the strikes in Venezuela and the kidnapping of Maduro. Specific ex, like the double-tap on shipwrecked survivors or the recent use of a civilian-marked aircraft, are low-hanging fruit. www.cbc.ca/news/world/v...
U.S. plane used in boat strike was disguised as civilian aircraft, contrary to Pentagon regulation | CBC News
The plane used by the U.S. military to strike a boat accused of smuggling drugs off the coast of Venezuela last fall was painted to look like a civilian aircraft, a move that appears to be at odds wit...

We can be no more clear than to state this again and again the federal government is waging war against us all it just is not even distributed yet.

That too. We’ve seen this admin. use appeals to forestall compliance to the point that the imminent irreparable harm which justified extraordinary relief in the first place comes to pass. Here, sovereign states should explore their executive powers. These aren’t USAID NGOs or fired workers.

Especially when people were so willing to give them credit for finding a real angle. So much popular attention! You’ve got it! Keep going!

It was like watching a stunning reception, feeling the crowd rise to its feet around you, and then seeing the player just…stand there triumphantly.

It’s unacceptable that POTUS can announce novel legal bullshit and act immediately, but every other executive must await a legal ruling.

While MN is in court, its people continue to be terrorized. And these lawless villains normalize their acts through familiarity.

Even if you win a PI, they will appeal it and argue they don’t need to obey while they exhaust their appeal options. We’ve seen this all many, many times now.

Break the cycle.

No one believes this is how our laws work—not even the ppl saying it. They are consciously willing a new arrangement of power into existence, one that sweeps away sovereign states, civil rights, courts…a revolution.

They are calling upon a paramilitary force to impose this vision upon us.

Treason
Explain to me like I'm five what the 2nd Amendment is for if not for this. King George III never said anything this obnoxious or deliberately inflammatory.

We’ve been in an Article I crisis; our gov’t was designed to confront a tyrannical Presidency in the first case with impeachment. Congress has abandoned its duty. We now have a 10th Amendment crisis; the framers expected state sovereignty to serve as a secondary failsafe against federal overreach.
Minnesotans are being put in the terrible position where they watch both the state and local governments not just fail to protect them and their neighbors are being told that actual material pushback against these same people terrorizing the cities will be met by force from police. It is untenable
