it's crazy like, especially because that content is SO GOOD and also like, so narrative-rich, and adds a lot of context and flavor to the characters, as well as the over-arching plot.

LRP so I sent that post to my bf earlier today and to give context... I have a bubu that is known as "Soymilk" in the collection he is from because of his very light color. Things progressed quickly.

BF: My name is Miruku desu. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.

So this guy was pretty much wrong about everything.

Argath aka Algus yells "Animals have no God!!" like a jerk. The original translation of Final Fantasy Tactics is notoriously rough, but I always liked how blunt this line was.

The whole situation has put me in a sort of existential funk. I can’t stop thinking about how scary it was. Not just for the passenger but also for other drivers, pedestrians, the city, basically humanity.

The traffic controllers that were standing in front of the cab got to talk to the passenger for a few minutes but I couldn’t hear what they were talking about. The traffic controller just had a concerned expression. I still hope that passenger is okay, but man. What do you even do in that situation?

Another person that was walking at the same intersection as me yelled, “it’s a stupid fucking robot” at these people that were honking but I can tell he was angry at the car and not the other drivers. Hell, I was too, and still am.

I don’t actually know if passengers can just choose to get out of the cab if they feel unsafe, but they didn’t. Other drivers were honking at this car that has no driver, and no concept of the confusion and potential accidents it was creating.

I can’t stop thinking about the waymo (self-driving cab) I saw in DT LA that was carrying a passenger and nearly drove into a road work obstruction and then nearly into two different cars. Road workers, traffic controllers, and pedestrians looked on helplessly as the passenger was held by this car.
