I talk about red states that way all the time. I truly believe they should be banned from federal representation and voting for 4 years. At least the former confederate states.
California *is* America.

If Democrats talked about red states the way conservative denigrate blue states, there would be riots.
Jim Jordan: "The American people are fed up with a judge in Timbuktu, California, saying something that then applies to the entire country."

It feels good to see the old boy getting laughed out of the arena. I'm surprised he didn't rush the ice with his friends and try to murder the refs.

Special teams will lead us to victory!
Just got out of jail. Only forty four left to go to catch John Lewis’s record. Remember - peaceful civil disobedience. Don’t comply in advance.

I don't recommend having Russell Westbrook emphatically block a basketball directly into your leg.

People outside of Wisconsin may not realize how important a part of our lives Bob Uecker was. Kind of like when Mr. Rodgers died, we lost a part of who we were at our most pure. Kind of like if your parents sell your childhood home. As much a part of us as the color of our hair.

Is it time yet to start posting the annual "January has lasted 3 years" posts? Or are those still a week away?

TWO seasons? My QB was better than that this year alone.
FSU's Mike Norvell announces the arrival of former BC QB Thomas Castellanos: "Thomas Castellanos is one of the most dynamic playmakers in college football. He has displayed incredible arm talent while throwing more than 3,500 yards and more than 30 touchdowns over the last two seasons."

FYI it's still correct to call him the former president for the next 4 years.

Packing for the drive up to Syracuse tomorrow. Why did I have to pick Louisville and Syracuse to be the games I go to this year? #nervous

Fun fact, the Syracuse QB has more passing yards than the Miami QB. Good luck defense.

If anyone is making a Bluesky chat group of Miami reporters and insiders where they drop rumors and spicy intel it would be super awesome if you included me on that. I won't tell anybody.

Miami is a 10.5 point favorite against Syracuse. They were 11 point favorites over GT.

Counterpoint: The United States of America should actually be an echo chamber for the left. The fact that we let nazis have opinions at all in our country is the reason it is failing.
Opinion - The problem with Bluesky: It won’t broaden our horizons: In the wake of Donald Trump’s election win, the social-media platform has enjoyed a surge of new users looking for an alternative to Elon Musk’s X. But will it be useful, if it just creates an echo chamber for the left?
