Agreed. Apart from a discussion with one cogent, civil and “normal” trans supporter (I was amazed!) every other one with whom I’ve discussed this throws personal insults from mild to anything but.

How old fashioned wedded to facts, you need to modernize, if kids come home having failed their maths exam that's OK 'cos 7 times 9 is no longer 63, it's now a spectrum between carrots and twifty nix, or say they're a cat, put a litter tray down and get 'em neutered far simpler than puberty blockers

Cults usually follow this path. However, Polanski isn't even an MP yet and doesn't exactly have hundreds of experts in various fields who'd be knowledgeable and trustworthy enough say to do Foreign Sec, Home Sec, Chancellor etc. Media are utterly failing to ask about this, so we have to do our bit.
