The intercepted shipment contained weapons originating from Iran, including anti-tank rockets, assault rifles, drones with cargo capacity, hand grenades, and explosives. This incident follows the foiling of similar smuggling attempts that were uncovered on March 25 and November 27, 2024.

The posts have since been removed from the party’s Instagram and X accounts. A post on the GOP’s Facebook account still discusses the potential deployment of troops to Portland – which a judge temporarily blocked Sunday – but has no image attached.

Very interesting.

Open to correction on this, but overall it looks like a situation of extreme lethality.

For every Russian soldier wounded, about 0.8 are killed or missing.

WWII averaged about 1:3-4, so this seems catastrophic.
