Unsolicited writing advice, no. 2876234:
Don't worry too much about crafting the perfect first line. Sometimes it's easier just to write a few pages (or a few dozen) without thinking too hard about what you're doing; then, when you finally get to your first line, delete everything that came before.

I'm pretty sure authors are already thinking about this... But without govt enforcing rather than deriding copyright and publishers robustly defending writers, translators and audio actors I'm not hopeful. And without full transparency, readers can't choose well either.
