I just did that thing where I had my main character explain why they weren't telling someone something and then realized that is TOTALLY how it would come across and now I need to go back and have them tell right away. I know if you're a writer you TOTALLY just understood that. #writer #writerlife

I am already overwhelmed with Christmas stuff and it's only Dec 1st! We have a small place and I have to rearrange everything in order to fit the Christmas tree in, put the Christmas tree together, decorate it and I'm doing this all for my kid, it's for my kid, it's for my kid, okay I can do this...

I know I'm a writer but I don't have the right words to describe how amazing it is to teach Special Olympics athletes at fitness class. Today we did kickboxing and to see all their smiling faces and how awesome they are at it, it's the best thing ever. #specialolympics #downsyndrome #specialneeds

Folks, it's almost December, and I'm worried about you: reminding you once again to wash your emotional support water bottle. All of it. Take it apart. The straw, too. Use hot water and soap. Refill it and hydrate with that much better tasting water.

Today my kiddo and I were at a Christmas craft fair and despite not having posted on TikTok recently we got recognized!!! It was by a support worker who said she really liked the stuff I had to say!! So! We better start posting everywhere more! It's working! #downsyndrome #specialneeds #beinclusive

Amazing! I would love this so much for my kiddo who LOVES music.
I'm head coach for the little Special Olympians (2-12 years old) and some of the parents are already sad about their kids aging out of the programs even though they get to go on to other sports. I really want to provide overall fitness training for them even after 12 years old. #specialolympics

Putting this out there for the universe to do its thing. Some day I'm going to have an in home studio for yoga and weight training. I'll be able to do recording there, bring people in for training and most of all, have Special Olympics athletes come in and train! #specialolympics #bigdreams

I trained from home for almost nine years and have been back at an actual gym for about a year. A lot has changed in the gym and a lot has not. Greatest news though, SO many more women lifting heavy!!! I love it.

Gooooood morning! We've been up for hours because kiddo is always excited for Sunday Funday and I thought allowing him to watch TV first thing on Sundays would mean I could sleep more but that has never happened and we never ever, ever, ever sleep in! <blinks rapidly with plastered on smile>
