@maddow.msnbc.com What seems to be happening is Trump and Musk aren't communicating. Trump, or his staff, ordes some people be rehired or a department be restored, and Musk, or his DOGE staff, promptly undoes it. And they're not really talking to each other. They're competing & undercutting.
