That said, I'm glad the one call I had today, the first thing that was said was: "First off, are you okay?"

I'll take any tiny glimmer of hope that not everyone is a mindless corporate drone.

I remember being on a call with an agent, who knew exactly where I lived, was just so out of touch with reality and how it took my all to not just blurt out things I actually wanted to say at that time.

That feeling is back right now.
