I'm Sarah Dope. My corporate job is Celebrity/Artist Relations, creator strategy, and other things for ASTRO Gaming / Logitech G, but I am and do so much more than just that.

I'm a Thai American with a love for photography (mostly music + wrestling), videogames, + food.

Conrad Sverkerson, mostly known by his first name, had worked at First Avenue since 1988 and held the title of stage manager since 1990.

Working from NYC for a bit is always fun. Feels weird to be returning to Minneapolis today, but can’t think of a better way to end my trip than with a sold out Sleep Token show in Brooklyn. 🖤

I’m back in NYC, one of the cities that that I’m the happiest in.

I landed, dropped my stuff off at the hotel and immediately went to go graze a bunch of stands at the Latin Food Festival… followed by sushi.

I now need a nap. Or coffee. 😅

The murder of Charlie Kirk was criminal, wrong, and should be condemned.

And Charlie Kirk was a horrible, hateful man who spent his life radicalizing young people to embrace their worst demons by targeting women, people of color, immigrants, and the marginalized.

I refuse to sanitize him.

The news of Toraya Reid’s murder hits too close to home. It is horrifying and heartbreaking and, as some of you know, unfortunately a specific feeling I know all too well about.

I hope justice is found for her, as much as it can be in this situation, and that it is found swiftly.
