I mask in public, but have gotten COVID twice. Someone I live with works in healthcare and masks at work, but isn't allowed to ask patients to mask even when they are showing signs of illness.

On twitter, i had blocked hundreds of thousands of accounts. My experience was great. Every time I ran into a tweet from a nazi, I would just use a chain block tool to block that account and every account that followed it.
There are billions of people-- you don't have to worry about over-blocking.
