How would you cut this shape out of wood with only a drill and handsaws? It looks like I probably drilled holes at the inner corners but I'm not sure how I cut the line between them.

I was cycling to work this morning, thinking about how shit it is losing my job for being depressed and being asked to sign an NDA saying I can't tell my colleagues that's why I'm leaving, and I happened to glance up and notice this sign which I must have passed hundreds of times without seeing.
