I've heard horror stories about people getting trapped when traveling & not being able to go home.
And that doesn't even scratch the surface of how unsafe the US is right now. I don't think anyone here feels safe. Pls. stay away, because we care about you and your safety.

To all my international friends, as someone who lives in LA who is a host city for both the World Cup and the Olympics I urge you to boycott attending and avoid traveling to the U.S. This is not because we don’t love you and value you, it is because it is not safe. For you own safety, don’t come.
