An especially cold and snowy period has brought a few rare visitors to my Highland Perthshire feeder.
Looks to me like a Nuthatch but my pocket guide says not in Scotland. Very aggressively chasing the other birds away

Just watched this for 2nd time. I think a large percentage of Chefs worldwide can identify with at least if not all of the premise.I was heading this way in the mid 90s and probably one year away from Michelin stars, moved away and started cooking the for everyone

We've had a pair of woodpeckers for a few years now. Always land at the bottom and climb up to the feeder. They bring offspring in the summertime.
