Where the submission instructions ask for plain text/word/Google doc format, does that go so far as to say no images or diagrams pasted in?

I think this also has to do with how executives are "big picture" people, who don't fuss over details. So maybe they care less about the issues with AI making up shit, because it doesn't have as much impact for them? While the lower ranks are expected to get the details right?

Dark Devices is a slow-burn series, with drama and horror that builds to a crescendo by the end of the season, as the cast spirals out of control in the service of their eldritch patrons. Each season brings in a new cast, as new pawns to the same patrons in the same city, decades later. 7/7

A Song for the Lost is a lower-budget adventure show, the kind where most people just catch the reruns that air Saturday afternoons. The creature effects are a little hokey, the acting very campy. It gains a dedicated cult following. 6/7

Mekamaton 27XX is done in claymation, shot from a single perpendicular camera angle on 2d diorama sets to evoke the feel of a sidescrolling platformer. The tone is heartfelt, but a little goofy. Fun for kids and adults. 5/7

BEHEMOTH, as a tv series, is told from the perspective of an NPC crewmember as a sort of sci-fi retelling of Moby Dick, wherein the player characters are a collective Cpt Ahab, and the whale is the path of destruction and conquest they cut through the stars. 4/7

Shatterkin is a live action show, set in the 90s, of kids with their evolving monster pets investigating the shady Syndicates operating in their small town. The monsters are all practical effects – ranging from Jim Henson-style muppetry to tokusatsu kaiju. 3/7

Echoes of the Broken is an anime that escalates too quickly, and every few episodes there's another threat of increasingly unreasonable scale. Flashy animation, but it's at its best when it steps away from the power fantasy and focuses on the personal drama. 2/7

Some of this might have to do with the relative inaccessibility of theatrical productions. Hot new show on Netflix comes out, and everyone has seen it in a week. Hot new Broadway show? It can take years before most folks get a chance to see it, so they live on the hype surrounding the show til then.
