Trump just signed an executive order banning vote by mail and ordering the defunding of any state that does not follow through with it as well as engage in massive voter roll purges.

I gave a talk today to 200 lawyers & judges about how the Nazis brought Germany's once-independent bar to heel in the '30s.

Of all the classroom visits the author Tommy Orange has made since “There There” came out in 2018, the one at a Bronx high school earlier this month was “the most intense connection I’ve ever experienced.”
