We need to think hard about how we describe what’s happening in #NHS A&E/ Ambulance services. We can’t just talk about Winter pressure and flu numbers absent any context on bed numbers since 2010, staff sickness because they work in hellish places, vaccine messaging, GP/community/social care gaps.

This is not journalism. The next elections are more than four years away. The Times‘ relentless anti- Labour campaign is tiring and doesn’t help anybody in Britain.

'Doctors, charities and MPs' are not the primary providers of end of life care. I wonder if anyone bothered to ask nurses who actually do this work or thought to address the 50% loss of district nurses
