Hoping to see the New York Mets win another World Series

I realise I'm just a freak, but living in a multicultural city is the best thing of all time, it's just the best possible human experience and i can not understand why anyone on earth would be like "weve got to destroy this"

I don’t think people quite understand that the occupation by ICE in the Twin Cities has more or less erased non-white people from public life. They cannot safely exist in any space accessible to the public and moving between private places leaves folks vulnerable to kidnapping by armed masked goons.

The Mets could start Bo Bichette (0 MLB games at 3B) & Jorge Polanco (1g at 1B) at 3B/1B on Opening Day

Only team in last 100 years to start 2 non-rookie INFs on Opening Day w/1 or 0 prior MLB games at that position:

1948 Dodgers: Jackie Robinson 2B, Billy Cox 3B

Minneapolis has 600 police officers on its city PD force. Right now, there are 3000 ICE agents in the city. That is insane. It’s unnecessary.

Will Stancil for president, if he’s old enough. Seriously!
January 15, 2026 at 8:53 PM
This is good trolling.

Although no ICE agent will see this unless Stancil also posts it on Parlor or 4Chan or Truth Social
whichever ice guy filmed me following you through midtown in that black explorer, DM me to share video plz

Really good thread. Really good advice for if and when ICE comes to your community.
Getting a lot of messages. A lot are like "Can I come help?" (appreciated, but unless you know the area very well, probably not THAT useful) or "Can I send money?" (not to me, please).

But the best ones are like "I want to build what you guys have back in my home city." YES, DO THAT. DO IT NOW.

Having seen several abductions up close, it is really hard to convey how much the thing they’re doing is roaming in military convoys until they see someone who is alone and isn’t white, and then jumping out in large numbers, pulling them into a van, and screeching off, all in 90 seconds or so.
"“They specifically asked me if I knew where the Hmong families lived on my street & in the neighborhood.” Lugert-Thom responded, “I don’t know anything about that” & she said they then asked, “Well, what about the Asian families?”"

"“I was a bit shaken & a bit shocked of what I was asked to do.”"
A St. Paul resident says federal officers knocked on her door and asked her to identify Hmong and Asian households in her North End neighborhood last week.

I know people on Bsky know this but I hope it filters out: The feds are OCCUPYING the Twin Cities. This is a blockade, a siege. They are shutting down economic and civic activity. They are conducting "papers please" stops. They are criminalizing being a bystander/witness.

You could be next.

None of this has to happen. The American public didn’t need to lose its collective goddamn mind because Barack Obama had the temerity to be president while black. But it did, and we’re stuck with this deranged, demented sociopath threatening to destroy the post WWII international order.

After federal troops forced a fugitive slave named Anthony Burns back into slavery in the 1850s, one Bostonian wrote, “we went to bed one night old-fashioned, conservative, Compromise Union Whigs and waked up stark mad Abolitionists.” The abuse of power radicalizes people. We are seeing that now.

If any MN politicians want to see what’s really happening, they’re welcome to come ride along on my ICE patrol. They can watch 20 armed goons jump out of a racing convoy and abduct a random pedestrian, tear-gassing a half-dozen onlookers in the process, and then tell me how we need this agency

The only ambiguity in the various cell phone videos showing the shooting of Renee Nicole Good is whether Jonathan Ross shouted “fuck you, bitch” or “fucking bitch” after shooting her three times in the face.
