Roast beetroot, with miso mushroom gravy and almonds, brined chicken maryland. Slow cooked on the #bbq. Salad leaves all taken fresh from the garden. And a four year old chardy that had 6 months on lees in oak barrels.

Well worth a visit if you get the time. Their potato cakes are absolutely next level.

I have been instructed to chill some chardonnay that's got some bottle age. Luckily I have some on hand... and have opted for the youngest which is from Waipara (the older two on hand are both Yarra Valley).
