Ja. Auch rechte oder rechtsextreme Medien begehen keinen akuten Staatsstreich. Man kann (und muss) ihnen mit rechtsstaatlichen Mitteln begegnen.

Art 20 Abs 4 GG wurde vor dem Hintergrund möglicher Staatsstreiche geschrieben - für Situationen, in denen staatliche Mittel ausge(/er-)schöpft sind.

Fühlt sich ernsthaft seltsam an, vor relativ kurzer Zeit selber akademisch gearbeitet zu haben, als sowas noch nichtmal am Horizont war. Diese Entwicklung verläuft wirklich in atemberaubendem Tempo.

Find's witzig, dass auf den Fahndungsbildern immer noch von Betrug geredet wird. Dabei sind seine schwersten Verbrechen doch ganz andere - so sportlich die Milliardenhöhe im Betrugsfall auch ist.
