1. Vague wording in TOS
2. Not criminalizing sex workers or kink content
3. Inconsistent labels on images (suggestive vs. Explicit)

Before we had these now dead "creator centered" platforms like etsy, patreon, gumroad & ko-fi people would just post their art on rando sites or whichever site would allow their work & link their paypal for donos and it feels like that's where we're at again. We've come full circle in 15 years. RIP
