Only absolute when it comes to excluding trans people. When it's about including them apparently it's all unclear and they must wait for guidance.

Yeah, I'm now hiding from the cold under my quilt, all whilst suffering from my near monthly bout of stomach pain and nausea.
Though in my defence, I didn't make fun of girls for either (seemed like a small price to pay to be a girl, and still totally worth it).

I read the judgement But am I right to think this part (that the BBC picked up on) is just awful? Surely the rights of a minority group should never be based on how many are bigots in the majority?

I don't know if you've seen it yet (as I don't imagine the media will be in a rush to pick it up) but this decision just came out. Hopefully makes waking up tomorrow just a little bit easier.
