And multiple near death car crash experiences on 33rd right out front. A friend lives across the street and they happen on the regular, i've witnessed one while at a gathering personally.

Ah! You are correct, thanks for the correction. Tracking 50+ active bills has my eyes moving faster than my brain and typing fingers can keep up with. Still human after all, I guess.

Outside of SB 5201 not being held for further study, I don't disagree that it's not far off from being effectively dead.

I'm not against the bill at all. I my 13 years of working on drug policy within legislative bodies, I have never seen a bill held for study start moving again in the same session. Would love for this to buck that trend, but i'm not going to pretend I don't know what it signals based on my exp.

Update: Rhode Island HB 5186 aiming to decrim psilocybin is now effectively dead after having its only public hearing 2/7, and the committee pulling the bill from the docket for "further study" on 2/11.
