in the shadow of South Mountain Park grows these variegated flowers clustered together growing a new as the older blooms expire they look as if they have been painted with delicate white striping across their faded pink rose colors

A month earlier than last year, I'm already harvesting the first red stigmas of my #saffron crocuses from bulbs my boys gave me. ( crocus sativus)

Genuinely do not understand why Paris is so underdiscussed in urbanist circles relative to places like Amsterdam (which isn't even that dense by American standards) or Tokyo. Yes it has a huge missing middle issue, but its still extremely dense, has good transit, etc
