If Trump is really stealing spending power from Congress then it would be insanity for Democrats to vote to fund the government later this month. Shut it down until the president stops wiping his ass with the Constitution.

On Jan. 6th 2021, if you told anyone Trump would not only evade accountability, but 5 years later he’d be president again, pardon all the rioters—hire some as secret police—tank the economy while enriching himself, and invade other countries to avoid releasing the Epstein Files, you’d be committed.

Fraud is not protected by the first amendment. He was free to say he thought he won the election- he was even free to say falsely that he won the election. But what he was not free to do was violate federal law and use knowingly 19 false statements about election fraud to target a lawful government function.
