Just watched the new Knives Out and I think it's really important you know that the scene in the Seminary's Gym is filmed in the same place Rick Astley filmed the music video for Never Gonna Give You Up.
I saw the window tracery and immediately made my friends pause the film so I could tell them.

Didn’t expect my Crockett to be so popular! I got quite a handful of unpainted mechs over the winter (pictured), any recommendations on what I should paint next (and any cool looking mechs to look out for)?

A pic of my first painted Battletech mech, the Crockett! This was a hand-me-down mini offered by my sister, and I fell in love with the design! For a more “faded” look, I gave the legs a quick bath in SimpleGreen (it was risky, but came out incredibly well!)

I'm an animation guy and I'll always be an animation guy, but the idea that any given comic is just trapped in a lesser medium until it's animated is so offensive to me
Every Junji Ito anime adaptation showcases how comics aren't some throwaway stepping stone to animation and cinema, and that we should stop treating them as such. Comics, like prose novels, are their own medium that can convey things animation and video cannot.
