Probably more rhetorical, but I do in fact know that they do! Some collect them! There's some neat ones too, like watches that are also like a tamagotchi (think that's called the BABY-G series?).

Me and the girls did a new OC prompt where it's that trope where a character gets split into multiple characters representing facets of their personality. 6 in all, though I've only drawn two of my favorites for now. It's a fun character study!

♥️ The Rogue: The sly, sleight-of-hand kleptomaniac. He always knows where the exits in a room are and has an escape plan. Selfish, a hoarder, a pickpocket. A lot like a slinky little alley cat. The twitchy, wry smile on his face betrays that he’s scheming something. There is an ounce of Argyle’s childhood wish to be magician in him, occasionally using his sleight of hand skills just for entertainment and fun (or a distraction to steal your wallet).

💜 The Crybaby: A sensitive bleeding heart. The other personalities, particularly The Rogue, treat him with some disdain. He likes making daisy chains and talking about feelings (and he has some big feelings). Worried you’re mad at him. He cares deeply about all creatures, plants, and people. He will cry if you accidentally squash a bug — and he notices those small things. Empathetic to a fault.

Yes! I'm also trying to see it as "if they go here, or do this, they'll trigger THIS cut scene I've pre-written"! There's always a curve-ball the players will throw at me that changes the course of things, which I also want to encourage! So far it's just been best to plan only a session ahead-

I like it because also I sometimes have trouble hearing my DMs important moments, especially when we're role playing on a voice chat where the technology can sometimes get buggy. So far I've found it helpful (and the note taker of the group can still be more detailed and keep track of the RP stuff)
