There’s something special about greeting the day in Arches National Park as the first light slips over the horizon. Watching the sun burst through the rocks while the arch catches those first golden tones feels grounding, quiet, and just a little bit magical.

Just a reminder that ICE didn't exist until 2002. It's not some longstanding institution that must be maintained. It was created as a knee-jerk reaction to 9/11, and it could be gotten rid of as easily as it was created.

Indiana’s Senate has voted AGAINST the GOP gerrymander that’d have locked in a 9-0 map.
This keeps the 7-2 map in place, saving two Democratic seats heading into 2026.
The vote failed big, 19/31.
The MAJORITY of the GOP senators opposed it!

This keeps the 7-2 map in place, saving two Democratic seats heading into 2026.

Calling the press “fake news” is harmful. Calling them “seditious, perhaps even treasonous” for publishing reporting is something else entirely. Treason is a capital crime. Suggesting journalists should face it for exercising their First Amendment rights and doing their jobs is dangerous.
