For people who only read the headline, this was about Pepper bringing a motion to call for removal of IPAS planning exemptions, and a bunch of Cllrs brought an amendment to it calling to do away with ALL exemptions, but also repeating the consultation piece for IPAS in Pepper's motion.

You can call it whatever you like. I was directly responding to the bit shared about Indo making much of its investigative efforts or whatever it was. Again, a tip off from a trusted person does not mean investigations (the word I also hate, btw). Where did I say it was not a scoop?
