I missed the whole middle part of the Melbourne Intl Film Festival bc of Covid, but recovered in time for two incredible movies: Panahi’s It Was Just An Accident and a new restoration of Campion’s Sweetie, my favourite Australian film. Both hilarious, left the theatre crying both times, 5 stars

Message from a user called BBBen on discord: Collective Shout, who have been provoking this latest wave of trouble are registered as a charity in Australia, but their work seems to be purely as a political activist organisation generating moral panic. This is against the rules for registering as a charity. If any Australians (Aussies only, please! It's counter-productive for people from elsewhere to do this) want to register a concern about their wrongful listing as a charity, then you can do so on the Australian Charity and Non-Profit Commission website. Here's the relevant links.
