Just a reminder that the white nationalist Great Replacement Theory that's being pushed by Trump, Musk and their toadies has been responsible for multiple mass shootings in the last decade.

This is the threat to Americans' safety, not innocent immigrants who've committed no crimes here.

This is a huge settlement. But it was huge injustice. Also, I highly recommend the podcast "The Trials of Frank Carson." It's one of the most infuriating cases I've ever seen.

I (& others) would be grateful for expert advice on:

1. Best way to respond/intercede when people claiming to be LEOs refuse to identify themselves or produce warrants

2. How to proactively ensure that encounters are documented, given the (apparent) attacks on security systems described here.

This is unbelievable. DOD is engaged in illegal removals to evade judicial orders. We are reaching new lows every day
BREAKING: DOJ claims that the Trump administration did not violate a court order barring it from third-country removals without providing process when three people were sent to El Salvador b/c the Defense Department sent them to El Salvador on March 31, not DHS, and DOD isn't a defendant.

And as we learned the hard and painful way (over the course of many years) which behaviors made us targets, we became "experts" at masking our differences to fit in JUST enough to no longer be targeted. (But many of us were still seen as "different" and "weird.") \5

Why are there so many undiagnosed adults who are only now discovering that they're either autistic, adhd, or neurodivergent in some way?

I can explain... \1

So far in his second term, Trump has freed terrorists and a drug trafficker, helped other terrorists, and undermined cybersecurity.

It has been three days.
NEW: The Trump admin has fired members of the Cyber Safety Review Board, a committee that was lauded for its investigation into Microsoft hacks of 2023, and was working on the recent Salt Typhoon telco hacks.

One source called it a “horribly shortsighted” decision.

Chris Murphy: "Here's the message. If you beat a police officer in this country, you're going to jail for a long time, with one exception. You don't go to jail if you beat the hell out of a police officer in service of Donald Trump ... it put Democrats' lives in jeopardy in particular."

Trump's anti-DEI push isn't about "DEI". It's about backstopping a sense among White Republicans that they are disadvantaged — and about entrenching the advantages they already have.

Opinion | Trump’s DEI push doesn’t level the playing field. It digs trenches.
The new president has quickly rolled back decades of efforts to combat systemic discrimination.
