I am a little late to “The Studio” but S1E2 made the film and tv nerd that lives inside of me burst out in happy tears (yes, really). It’s possibly the most perfect piece of self-referential visual storytelling I have ever seen. So fun. So geeky. Gorgeous and frenetic. What an achievement!

Currently applying for Medicaid to help pay for my mom’s nursing home care. She has a pension, social security, amazing health insurance & Medicare. Still, she only brings in about 60% of what’s needed every month. Medicaid doesn’t subsidize the poor. It subsidizes a system built to impoverish.

I'm genuinely not interested in any "what should the Dems do, they're in the minority" convos because the GOP has been obstructionists for the majority of my adult life, and often times successfully so. If the Dems can't figure it out it's because they don't want to.

offer them to small to medium size businesses.
Unions can negotiate far better than SMBs or associations .
