Morrison built the shit sandwich and wrapped it with foreign affairs cling wrap. Hard to unwrap. But the money spent so far is very small, just enough to stop it being unwrapped. I have been against it from the start but now I see more strategically. I trust Anthony

That's the poker game. The defendants offer so much money (+ covering all legal fees) that the plaintiff runs a high risk of 'winning' a lower sum of money and becoming responsible for *all* legal fees. That would not be a 'win'. Hugh Grant covered it well when his case was settled last year:
