There were many seats with a 3 or 4 way split last time.
Next time it will be far more important. Getting rid of the Tories was always likely to happen last time around. Next time, far more is at stake - if Farage wins it will be a disaster on a scale far worse than the previous 14 years.

Surely that's where voters need to put a peg on their noses and parties need to target where they do and don't campaign. Can all be done within party rules.

Hezza has had a superb Tory Party Conference, and thankfully he has had a lot of media attention.

Lord Heseltine, "Brexit is now having a debilitating effect on the UK.. It will be reversed, not it, when..The deception of Brexit has exposed Britain"

Interesting thoughts. Zack P has said his "red line" is to block a potential Reform government. Should any pact be on the table to stop this?

I don’t believe that Farage would ever get more than 1/3 of the votes- but on this performance under First Past the Post he would sweep the board with seats. It is now imperative that the government should set up a National Commission to design a system so every vote counts and Farage can’t win

Astonishing advance by the Greens, astonishing implosion of Labour. When will Starmer's government get the message that it is destroying its base with deeply unpopular, rightwing policies?

By chasing Reform, it legitimises the far right while delegitimising itself.

Wow! We are turning the tide...
bestforbritain.org
New polling by YouGov, commissioned by Best for Britain, shows: Potential Conservative voters are now more than twice as likely to consider Brexit a failure for the UK (46%) compared to a success (22%).

Very worrying. But at least the hauliers will be able to drink Sovereign Tea whilst queueing in an orderly British fashion...

Spot on Hezza. And well done to Victoria Derbyshire for allowing him to speak without endlessly interrupting.

Victoria Derbyshire, "You described Reform UK as the right wing fascists of 1930s, why?"

Lord Heseltine, "Because that's what they are"

Kemi Badenoch doesn't seem to understand that the ECHR was set up to protect everyone from people like her.

It helps to be able to spell the country you say only you are competent enough to run.
Goody-bag merch from Tory Conference branded "When Labour negotiates Britian loses" and signed "Kemi Badenoch".

It is anti-Green bias for sure, but nothing "extraordinary" about this. Par for the course for Kuenssberg...

BBC accused of 'extraordinary' anti-Green bias after party say the Laura Kuenssberg Show scrapped a promised interview with @zackpolanski.bsky.social on Sunday.

Green sources say the show also refused to interview Polanski after he was elected as leader last month

Leaving the ECHR, and scrapping the Climate Change Act, would halt efforts to improve the UK-EU trafe deal ... perhaps that's the point.

Alignment on food & environment standards is key to lowering food prices and the cost of living, and has 3-to-1 public support.

Tory plans would block it.
