Yes! Free viewing in Discovery+ for Olympic Ski Jumping. I missed being able to watch it because I'm not paying £30 for TNT sports. It used to be free when I had Discovery+ before. I just have the basic £4 package for Ghost Adventures now.

Watching BBC Archives and I didn't realise RP was still going on in the 80s. It's jarring from the regional accents I'm used to.

Crap night sleeping, was frightened the DPD courier will do the same non delivery crap. Still supposed to be recovering, fat chance after being told they're delivering today.

I'm leaving the door ajar when it's out for delivery, so they cannot do that shite again.

I think I'll do that from now on.

I think it got through, replied with a reference number. Reply within a week.

In case, you know, anyone needs it? =)

Regarding the DPD email I just sent. I understand this will not go any further than my sending it, nor will it be seen by anyone.

But I had fun letting out all my frustrations. Which is all I wanted.

But we must remember to be as polite as one can muster. Even if I have unfavourable thoughts.

Found DPD complaints email address.

I think it was my finest work. I was polite but I think my sarcastic tone might be felt.

I ended on this...

"I wish you all the best and have indeed in the past sung your praises. But I'm delegating you to the awful "Evri" customer service status from now on."

Fucking DPD did not knock at my door, ring the bell leave a calling card and the photo is blurred as if they ran near and snapped a pic. I was watching the door and anyone that might pass it intently. There was no one.

Yesterday, I learnt there was a Hitman game for the Switch 2. I'm terribly out of date it seems. I thought I knew about games I wanted to have.

Never mind, I'll remedy that soon. The 4 games I'm excited about Pokemon Pokopia, Fallout 4, Hitman WOA and Indiana Jones.

I love my Switch 2.

Damn, I loved every single second of this. All recorded into the one mic? Everyone with smiles on their faces as they rattle through this performance. And they make it all look effortless too.

Bluegrass is great too. Just such happy music. It's impossible to play the blues if you're on a banjo.

Did not expect to be blubbing my eyes out at the end of the recent Starfleet Academy episode, but here we are.

I miss being able to read books. These days I have to read on my phone, because I can only comfortably read in dark mode.

I mean, at the moment I can't stress my eye after surgery but still. I miss being able to grab, open and read a book.

Hey everyone!

Huge news! Our trans girl scout list has sold a total of 146,000 boxes as of today!

But MANY trans girl scouts only have 20, 30, 40 boxes sold.

I just resorted our list to put those on the top.

Go get your girl scout cookies and make a trans kid's day!

I spent my afternoon watching Downton Abbey on Disney+ for unknown reasons.

I can see me spending most afternoons for unknown reasons watching it from now on until it's finished again.

I haven't watched the movies, so might have to after this.

I see what Jonathan meant by getting angry at Picard now. It's still a brand new story to me, even having watched it when it came out, because I have references to characters and events and yeah, although I'm not angry I'm a little bit pissed off by things lol.

ICYMI, Gai*man is slinking out of the shadows and posting again, trying to scuttle his way back into the public's good graces.

Please take care of yourselves, believe women, believe survivors, and fuck that guy.

Remember that Radley whispering earlier...? Yesssss. I won an eBay bid on an orange/coral Radley bag. Was very cheap, it is quite well loved but looks my kind of thing =)
February 2, 2026 at 7:37 PM
Ugh, someone could even slightly whisper "Radley" and I'm over there on ebay looking at them. I have a few Radley bags, one is a really expensive leather one I got for £5, with proper cover bag. I'm not this way with other bags or accessories but say Radley and I'm THERE.

I mean, I've seen and net celebrities in my previous life where such things seemed important or fun. But I guess I'm not into empty worship of entities these days.
February 2, 2026 at 12:20 PM
If I was to see a celebrity in real life, I wonder if in the back of my mind I'd be first thinking if they were in the Epstein files, rather than being star struck.

I don't look at the news lately. Sometimes it peeks through, but it's just so awful these days. If you don't agree with me, just keep that shit to yourself. I'm recovering from eye surgery and I've got stuff of my own to deal with.

I lead a simple life these days, full of joy and Animal Crossing.
