Can anyone with experience in #OBSStudio help me? My "view scene area" is bugged. I can only see a tiny corner of my scenes, regardless of what one I select or how I view it. I have hard uninstalled (deleting all my scenes) and it didn't fix it. All drivers are up to date too. Help! @obsproject.com

Screenshot of obs. In the upper left hand corner you can see a sliver of my scene, boxed in red. The rest of the preview area is basically mirrored artifact content. For example you can see the "image" and "properties" buttons inside the preview scene area.

A creenshot of obs. This is how it looks in "studio mode". Again you can see the tiny corner of my scene surrounded in red. But in the middle there's a ton of visual artifacts. The set of buttons like "transition", "cut", "fade", and "fade to black" can be seen duplicated on the bugged area.

One of the hardest parts of chronic illness is that you can do everything “right” & still have a setback.

You can rest, eat healthy, manage stress & take all your meds & still have a horrible flare.

The loss of control is painful, and a big part of why folks are afraid of people with disabilities

all that said, it's absolutely not your fault if those are the only tactics you know. most of us weren't taught healthy work habits. just know those methods aren't sustainable and one day they'll either consume you or stop working or both.

friendly PSA that if you're using shame or panic to get stuff done at work, burnout is waiting under your bed.

if you wait til the last minute to get something done inorder to use that panic wave or beat yourself up and shame yourself into getting things done, I've got some bad news for you...

In less than a few months they destroyed their friend group, ended their friendship with our mutual over being 'betrayed' by them, and left everyone rethinking every single interaction with them

Got new comfortable activewear from Old Navy. Got my body washes from Walgreens. Found a new salsa at Costco. Purchase all the same groceries for cheaper at QFC.

#Target isn't as special as they think they are. I've easily replaced every item I used to get from them. Target won't even be missed.

Any automated tool that claims to capture 100% of issues is lying.

I’ve seen them and even still I have yet to see any proof that any automated tool can do that.

I use "Speech Assistant AAC" on Android. I paid for the full version as you can save custom phrases. My non-verbal episodes normally come from overwhelm so I've got a lot of phrases saved that help my partner understand my needs quickly 💙

as a late diagnosed autistic adult seeing the # of diagnosed kids go up makes me happy because that means they'll be less adults like me who had to learn they were autistic because of absolutely soul crushing autistic burnout. with resources and support I'm sure I could have avoided the worst of it.
