Sorry to see @UMich close its DEI office. @UMich complies with all laws prohibiting demographic preferences. Promoting DEI instead means welcoming the exchange of all viewpoints. But rather than blame the victim, I blame the White House for its heavy-handed directives to dictate academic values.
