How does one help their partner who is hurting, when they are struggling with your newfound gender identity, and you are also in need of support. Am I wrong for wanting to end my gender dysphoria? Or...selfish? They're are not things that they are saying, but it is what I feel.

I just finished my hair appointment and it really, very suddenly, occurred to me that I can get whatever hair cut and style that I want. For so long I kept with the staple and norm, but not anymore. I am going to live my life and try to not let cultural "norms" dictate it.
