I think I like superheroes but I think I hate when superheroes try and be about things. Sometimes the stories are amazing. Sometimes they’re bad. Sometimes they’re outrageously awful in the best way. But I hate that it never lasts. I hate how nothing really stays true.

I got a ban from somewhere and it’s not even for the sort of thing you’d expect today. And I’ve certainly said more inflammatory things today. Apparently some people are very sensitive to the word dumbass.

I’m going to double down, I hate hate hate the ‘attacking a magical girl/sentai character while they transform’ joke. I’m sick of seeing it, I’m sick of people acting like it’s clever. And I’m sick of seeing people try and make it a part of the setting.
It’s an audience treat and cheap filler.

Creativity is rarely exactly where I want it to be. I continue to flounder in my little ttrpg project as I write a whole page of items and an entire bonus system of play to pitch at a friend’s homebrew.
Side note, anyone know what cute things a stuffed animal might wear for armor? I only have two.

I’ve been reminded of an old webcomic I used to read. But what I remember most about it was becoming so angry about story decisions that I deleted all history of it. I don’t actually remember the details though, only the rage.
