So many of my teacher friends are becoming burnt out far quicker than ever before, and yes behaviors have a lot to do with it, but one of the biggest factors I've seen is the fact that these teachers are having to re-teach stuff over and over every week because these kids cannot retain anything.

I know everyone plays their role, and I've come to find that mine is fighting from the inside. Boy does it drain the soul to pretend this much, but it's allowing me to see people's true selves without them even realizing they're letting it slip. Oh the day when I can cut them off and call them out
