Happy garden news of the day: my six year old kōwhai which I grew from a seed finally flowered!

It’s also got our daughter’s placenta in the ground under its roots, so we call it her tree.

There is nothing New Zealanders want less than the development and sale of lethal weapons from our country (unless it's you being National leader again: either option is a grim prospect). I suggest that you take your weird obsession with sucking up to an authoritarian US government and throw it into the sea along with the rest of your terrible ideas.
