I absolutely agree with Professor Richard Murphy on this. Ever since Margaret Thatcher's government, we've had slightly different variations of the same underlying economic principles. We can make different polictical choices #LetMakeHopeNormalAgain #VoteGreen

Here in the UK, it's Green Party policy to have a lowest to highest paid ratio of 10:1. For people who say that can't work, Suma Foods has a ratio of 1:1 !!

The biggest reason your electricity bill is so high is that the wholesale price is set by the most expensive part, which is usually produced using gas. The government could change the way the market operates, and bring down bills, but they're choosing to company profits over cheaper bills 🤬
