Here is the latest storm summary for the Western U.S. and northern Plains high wind/blizzard event. Wind gusts exceeding 100 mph were reported in Colorado and Wyoming: www.wpc.ncep.noaa.gov/discussions/...

A large, intense area of dark red and purple indicates gusts between 80–120 mph concentrated over Wyoming, western South Dakota, and northern Colorado.
