The Carmel "Housing Commission" is actively looking for examples and experts who have solved "missing middle".

I agree. There's definitely a risk and who knows how it plays out in 100 years... but today, my family is enjoying walking and biking everywhere in Carmel thanks to these investments.

That's a great point! And it's why advocating for public transit, along with better bike paths and more housing.

Unfortunately no, they are currently having three design firms compete: Browning Day, Ratio Design and Yard & Co.
Regardless, we will still be advocating for similar concepts!

Culdesac Carmel would provide housing, inviting spaces for local workers and further cement Carmel as a placemaking leader among its suburban peers — all without putting more cars on the road.
