I am not going to defend this decision--it's silly and a gross overreaction to the ABA's defunct diversity requirement. But it changes nothing on the ground. All graduates of ABA-accredited law schools will be able to sit for the Texas bar; all Texas law schools will maintain ABA accreditation.
