For no sound reason.
A soft, weak man who knows the show is over the second he no longer has his hand up Trump's posterior.

I genuinely believe it does resonate with some voters, yes. Some voters are deeply jingoistic, embrace violence as a primary solution, and cannot tell the difference between “being strong” and “being angry”.

For them, this is precisely what they voted for - aggressive American dominance.

Consistently "We hate governmental overreach...unless we're the ones doing it."

This isn't a joke. It's a telegraphed punch.

This admin is unusually consistent in following through on their telegraphed punches too, much like the SCOTUS take-over while Biden was still in the WH.

"Venezuela is ours because if you don't let us have it, we'll throw a pissbaby tantrum."

Not dodging the "Everybody in this administration is 12" allegations.

The statement is good senator, but this isn't a one and done deal. We are already occupying Venezuela, and Trump is showing no signs of stopping there. We need to impeach Rubio, Hegseth, and Trump, and probably court-martial everyone involved in this operation. Otherwise it *will* happen again.

You'd think the Grok thing would get them to budge, given how anti-AI most Japanese artists are.

Trump *really* wants America to catch a nuke...

"I want all the things wealth can't buy me."

(Even being slightly charitable would do wonders for reputation washing, but there we are. That would be a bridge too far.)

All the money in this cartoonishly evil world, and they decide they want the one thing money can't buy. Pathetic.

Specifically, the Americans that can't afford concierge doctors or healthcare tourism.
