GB News grilled me apparently?

Only problem with this is I've never been on their nonsense channel.

They lie - obsessively.

Help us grow an alternative to all the bollocks:

Rosalind Franklin died at 37 of ovarian cancer attributed to radiation exposure from the methods she & her assistant used to photograph a cross-section of the DNA double helix.

Meanwhile, Watson won a Nobel off that work & survived to the ripe old age of 97 by simply: stealing those notes!

#NowPlaying Wildhearts - Coupled With
A comfortingly easy to pick up compilation which gathers the non-album tracks and b-sides (always written specifically, not leftovers) from the 'Must Be Destroyed' era. The quality is so exceptionally high that I actually prefer most of this to the parent album

Jeeez... just found out that Scott Sorry has died from brain cancer at the age of just 47. For those not familiar, Scott was bass player for a while in The Wildhearts, amongst other bands.

Sad news. R.I.P. Scott 🕊️

My colleagues & I have taken a huge gamble to set up @thenerve.news We’re trying to build a new independent publication from the ground up. Social media is our only distribution for now.

Sharing this article in your networks would make a huge difference. Thank you! 🙏🙏🙏

That Rachel Reeves tears have caused such a stir shows how devoid of human moments our political culture has become. It is this estrangement, from how things and people really are, which is so damaging in our systems of governance. We are voters/consumers/citizens/politicians – why not humans?

What’s the most underrated material in the modern world?
How about CONCRETE?
Often dismissed as boring, ugly & inert.
Concrete is actually surprising, dynamic & incredibly complex.
Here is an old (V LONG) thread recycled from the other place, with a few reasons why concrete MATTERS so much 🪨

I’m not going to leave X just yet - I hate that sense of being driven away from a place I used to love. But after one day on here, I already know how much prefer it.

So if you see this and would be kind enough to share it to let people find me, that would be hugely appreciated. Thank you.
