How does Top Tweet Tuesday work? Do I just use the hashtag #toptweettuesday when I post the poem? Or do I tag you in it? Or both?

Also - some of us manage to succeed when we DO have an actual household to run and people to take care of and/or our own disabilities as well. He wouldn't last five minutes....

"We the Drowned" by Carsten Jensen speaks with a collective "we" for much of the book. It's not framed as an oral history, but it is an attempt to portray collective memory. I wrote a review of it here:https://vocal.media/bookclub/we-the-drowned-by-carsten-jensen

Somehow it's Sunday again, somehow August. Writing is a winged thing flitting about in the late afternoon sun and I am trying to be still enough for it to land on me.

Happy #smallpoemsunday.

Portfolio update : The Mirror of Pride
"She's been following me for several days; I only see her at dusk. She always stays about ten paces away. When I confront her, she claims to be my shadow. I then asked her if I was her light. She replied that I was confusing my pride with her patience."
